Niovi Christopoulou
Niovi Christopoulou is a NYC-based experienced attorney, advisor and venture partner with a focus on fintech, digital assets and AI – currently focused on AI-driven product and policy development.
Ms. Christopoulou is ex-Amazon corporate counsel (payment systems) with in-depth and
international experience in legal implications of innovative fintech product development and complex partnership agreements. In the past, Ms. Christopoulou worked with growth companies in the data sector, as well as the Assistant General Counsel at a privately-owned global business group that invested in diverse industries and geographies. Her earlier legal experience includes working at international law firms in New York, London, and Washington, DC with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and as an advisor to multinational companies on legal and strategic issues.
